Returns & Exchange Policy.

Thank you for shopping with The Deck Chair Booster Seat Company. 

We are happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. If the 14 days have passed you will not be offered a refund or exchange.

Orders Eligible for a Refund

  • The seat must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • For your convenience, the seat should be returned in the original package.

  • To complete the return, the original receipt is required for proof of purchase and is to be included in the returned package.

  • You will be responsible for any shipping costs for returning the item.

 

Orders Eligible for an Exchange

  • We only exchange defective seats which is the responsibility of The Deck Chair Booster Seat Company. 

Returning an Item

Please notify us at sales@dcbseat.ca of your intention to return the seat and share with us the reason for the return.

Once the seat has been received and the return approved, the return will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Your refund will not include any shipping cost incurred at the time of ordering.

Allow for 5-7 days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanging an Item 

If you wish to exchange for a new seat, send us an email at sales@dcbseat.ca with a picture of the defect. If approved, we will send you a paid shipping label to return the product to the above address.

Once we receive the item and an inspection confirms a defect, a new item will be sent to the original shipping address unless stated otherwise.
